Dinner and a Diva Nov. 14 & 16

Join us and Capitol City Opera Company on Tuesday, November 14th and Thursday, November 16th, at 6:15 pm, for Dinner and a Diva: a night of delicious food and performances from Giacomo Puccini’s La bohème.

“Boy meets girl. Girl dies. The story is set in Paris, around 1830, and shows the Bohemian lifestyle of a poor seamstress and her artist friends. On Christmas Eve, Mimì visits her neighbour Rodolfo to ask if he can light her candle. They fall in love at first sight. Mimì is fatally sick, and their love is short lived. La bohème contains some of opera’s best-loved music.”

Dinner and a Diva: La bohème is sponsored by Mike Lorton and Gary Youngblood.
